• 模腔表面采用特制鋁合金主板(ban)，熱(re)傳導效率高，抗拉強度好，壽(shou)命(ming)長。

• 采用國(guo)外(wai)先進獨特(te)的穿(chuan)透加(jia)熱(re)成型工藝，設置高壓引風機吸料，穿(chuan)透力強，粘接性(xing)好，用汽少，成型快，含水(shui)量低，保證產品內外(wai)一(yi)致。

• 3.The suce of the  mould is de of special aluminum alloy which can realize a high effciency of heat conduction,favorable tensile strength and long service life.

• 4.The chine is integreated with overseas advanced and special penetrating and heating techniques for shaping,and a high pressure suction fan for aterial feeding,cooling with a strong penetrability,favorable adhesivity,low consuption of ste,high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the unifomity of inside and outside of the product.
